The Regulatory compliance officer apprenticeship standard is suitable for individuals who work in the public or private sector, they will be involved in supporting compliance activities and providing an effective communication strategy to liaise with the front-line regulators. They will be responsible for providing monitoring and oversight of compliance related activities to the wider supply chain to ensure that they provide a high quality process, product and assure legality. They will work with businesses by providing advice and guidance on how to comply with relevant regulations in their sector or meet the requirement of private standards.
