Congratulations Casey!

 

Casey started as an Apprentice and has completed her Business Administration Level 2 qualification to a very high standard. Casey went above and beyond to produce an excellent portfolio of work.  This has resulted in Casey successfully securing a permanent role in the accounts department and is enrolling on an accountancy qualification.

Katie keeps progressing!

We both got a promotion and a pay rise!

 

Chelsea and Rebecca both completed a level 2 Customer Service Qualification via the apprenticeship route whilst employed and since have developed their skills and received promotion. Chelsea is now the support manager and Rebecca is the dispatch manager. Having gaining these roles they are both now undertaking a Level 3 Management Qualification to develop their leadership skills.

First of all, I would like to thank my Tutors Paul and Katherine of their help and support all the time. 

 

I think this course will contribute to my future professional life because I have learnt different perspectives and disciplines to study leader's methods and behaviours when directing, motivating and managing others.

Also I have learnt that communication is a key component of effective leadership, which is why I will focus on listening to feedback and fostering honest communication between my Team members, I will lead with my staff as they work toward their professional goals.

 

In conclusion, this course will help me to be a good professional Team leader in the future applying to appropriate techniques to create a positive and instructive working relationship atmosphere because It will help me to improve the process of running businesses in a good and professional manner.

Mark got a promotion!

 

Mark enrolled onto a Business Admin Qualification to develop his skill and knowledge to progress within his career. Upon completion Mark has enrolled onto a Level 4 qualification; as a result of this Mark is now involved within key projects in the organisation to streamline logistics aspects of the business.

My tutor is fantastic, I have an extremely busy workflow, and due to his support and guidance the course does not cause any additional strain on my current workflow.

I would encourage anyone to look at courses we offer our employees, as I believe self-development is one of the most important things you can do for yourself. When you develop yourself, you become better equipped to achieve your goals and dreams.
