This apprenticeship is a flexible competence-based qualification and is aimed at individuals who work, or will be working without direct supervision, delivering, and managing complex queries and complaints. Individuals will be an expert within the products and service the organisation provides and will utilise IT systems to analyse data to deliver an effective service. They will support and lead a team. The programme is delivered in line with employer and recognised quality standards. Qualified tutors will work on site at the designated location agreed with both the employer and apprentices.
