This apprenticeship is a flexible competence based qualification and is aimed at those who are responsible for providing leadership, recruitment, planning and implementing change, managing a budget, managing a project, promote equality, diversity and inclusion in the workplace, manage conflict within a team, marketing and customer service. The programme can be delivered over all sectors, in line with employer and recognised quality standards. Qualified tutors will work on site at the designated locations agreed with both the employer and apprentices, to support them in developing their vocational skills.
