This apprenticeship is a flexible competence work-based qualification and is delivered over a 24-month period. It is aimed at those who are responsible for, planning and implementing change, managing finance, implementing strategic business plan, managing quality, providing learning opportunities, managing projects, and providing leadership. The programme can be delivered over all sectors, in line with employer and recognised quality standards. Qualified tutors will work on site at the designated locations agreed with both the employer and apprentices, to support them in developing their vocational skills.
