XTOL Development Services COVID-19 Statement

We have a duty of care to our customers, our colleagues and their families to ensure we take the necessary precautions as advised by our Government. Our business will continue to operate and support you through your qualifications and to engage on new courses should you wish to do so.

New customers may contact us by phone and we will arrange to talk to you face to face via video calls such as Zoom; Skype or WhatsApp, to discuss enrolment. Access to WiFi, smart phone, laptop or tablet is not essential. If you do not have these, access to a phone can suffice. We are very flexible and will work around your individual needs.

If you are asked to attend one of our Learning Centre’s, we will ask you to read and sign a declaration around abiding by our policies and rules around social distancing and keeping you and others safe on our premises during this pandemic (you will find this in the link below). If you have any symptoms’, or anyone in your family unit is displaying symptom’s, do not visit our Learning Centres. If you are part way through a course, we will be more than happy to re-book or if possible complete aspects of the course through the use of phone calls, video calls and workbooks if you are feeling well enough to do so.

We look forward again to working with existing customers and welcoming new ones, to support your training needs. Thank you for your continued support.

We are committed to a whole organisation approach to safeguarding, young people and vulnerable adults, recognising our duty of care and responsibility to protect against any form of abuse within the training environment.

All young people and vulnerable adults have the right to be safe, free from harm and must be permitted to live without fear of abuse, neglect, exploitation, radicalisation and extremism.
